Are there lock in contracts?
No. You can cancel anytime by simply messaging us and we'll stop future payments, no questions asked.
If you are on the monthly plan, you will have access to the end of that monthly period. For example if you pay on the 5th of each month, you will continue to have access to the 5th of the following month.
For annual plans, you will continue to have access to the end of your annual subscription. We are unable to refund the remaining time on your subscription, but will not charge you further.

Can I get a discount?
We are able to give 2 months access for free when signing up for the annual plan.

Does Lead LinQ support email and SMS marketing?
Absolutely! Lead Linq offers built-in email and SMS marketing tools to create and schedule campaigns, automate follow-ups, and engage with leads effectively.
When registering a mobile phone in Australia, create an Address Bundle first, then create a Regulatory Bundle. Upload ASIC business registration forms to verify your business. Australian regulations can take up to a week or two.
For emails, we suggest creating a dedicated email domain to help deliverability.
